The above para is from the opera,"Francesca da Rimini" by Ricardo Zandonai. The translated verse in English is Why do you want me to revive in my heart the misery of my life? I was bored and displeased with everything that others liked, My enemy was the daylight, my friend the night, when in the silence born of myself and the depths of eternal
C aught in quite a lot of work, I was at the end of my wits wondering what to do. Time didn't just fly. It went supersonic. I really did not miss her much 'cause To really love a woman to understand her you've got to know what deep inside hear every thought, see every dream and give her wings when she wants to fly and when you find yourself lying helpless, in her arms You know you really love a woman When you love a woman you tell her that she's really woman When you love a woman you tell her that she's the one She needs somebody to tell her that it's gonna last forever So tell me have you ever really really, reallly ever loved a woman? To really love a woman to let her hold you till you know how she needs to be touched you've gotta breath her and really taste her until you can feel her in your blood when you can see your unborn children in her eyes You know you really love a woman When you love a woman you tell her that she&
The start of a new year brought both joy and sorrow. Joy, 'cause she was there to wish me a happy new year; sorrow 'cause I was sick and therefore I couldn't spend much time with her. She was concerned on my health. She wanted me to see a doctor. But she knew that I would not heed her. She always looked a little more beautiful when she was angry. Her eyes smouldering and her lips upturned were a delight to watch. I was listening to some msuic when she came visiting. Don Williams was crooning a lovely touching song. You're my friend when I'm hungry. You're my shelter from troubled winds. You're my anchor in life's ocean. But most of all you're my best friend. When I need hope and inspiration; You are always strong when I'm tired and weak. I could search this whole world over, You'd still be everything that I need. I enjoyed her company, my only bright spot for the past couple of days.
This year I am not there with her to spend the New Year's eve. But she'll be home tomorrow. I know that I'll be seeing her again. I love you not only for what you are, but for what I am when I am with you - Elizabeth Barrett Browning
The most wonderful of all things in life, I believe, is the discovery of another human being with whom one's relationship has a glowing depth, beauty, and joy as the years increase. This inner progressiveness of love between two human beings is a most marvelous thing, it cannot be found by looking for it or by passionately wishing for it. It is a sort of Divine accident. - Sir Hugh Walpole
Sometime back, someone had asked me about the chess incident. He asked is it right that I had to stop playing because she didn't like losing. I think he is wrong. When a man loves a woman, Can't keep his mind on nothin' else. He'd change the world, For the good thing he's found. There are somethings that someone might do for love.
The past couple of days, she has not been in my mind. I don't know whether to feel happy or sad. One half of my heart says that I am doing fine, while the other says that I am missing her. Je ne sais pas ce que je devrais faire.
